About Project

Background

- Based on the seller voucher survey conducted - Seller has the worst adoption for unmanaged sellers with only 17.44% of them ever creating vouchers.

Project Challenge

- Identify the reason why the seller adoption rate is low.

- How can we help our sellers to create vouchers?
